Online Purchases:
You may return most items purchased on clairelady.com within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

In-Store Purchases:
Items bought in our stores may be returned to any Claire’s location within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt. Without a receipt, we may offer an exchange or merchandise credit at the current selling price.

Non-Returnable Items:
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Earrings for pierced ears
  • Face masks
  • Personal care items
  • Any used or damaged merchandise

How to Return:

  1. Online purchases: Initiate your return through the returns center on clairelady.com
  2. In-store purchases: Bring the item to any Claire’s location with your receipt

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Allow 7-10 business days for processing after we receive your return
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Exchanges:
We’re happy to exchange any eligible item within the 30-day return window. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately through clairelady.com for assistance.
